Mary I had to do a bit of substitution, I even thought of searching your blog in hopes of a recipe (a recipe! me a Mexican looking for guacamole recipe.haha.>.sorry but my Mom wouldn't be too proud of me.LOL) but since I had limited qty of jalapenos I used some tabasco sauce and I didn't have cilantro so I substituted with parsley. It turned out good. As least that's what my friends said.
